An unincorporated business that is owned by one individual. The simplest form of business organization to start and maintain. About 76% of all businesses in the USA are sole proprietorships.

    Currently, 73% of U.S. businesses are sole proprietorship, 19% are corporations, and 8% are Partnerships.
    What percentage of the American workforce is employed with corporations; partnerships; sole proprietorships?
